Hi foodies and non foodies here in Philadelphia I'm Toby looking for a single woman. By day I'm a mild mannored financial analysit, but my passion is cooking. I travel around the world to find out what makes an authentic Pad Thai, or a New York pizza or a cajun jambalya, or a Philly cheese steak, or a British fish and chips. Then I try to recreate it at home. The real fun is in the traveling however. So, I need a judge! Someone with impeccable taste when it comes to international cuisine. Or maybe just someone I love.
